I am a performance-driven product design leader, passionate about individuals, teams, cultures and creating products that engage people, drive business outcomes and optimize performance. I use design and technology to improve experiences for people and brands. My work is grounded in research and data and executed with human-centered methods that drives strategies, concepts & real-world applications and experiences.
Engaged in user experience design, research and product development, my work sits at the intersection of developing, executing, socializing and driving innovation in UX strategies and designs across organizations.
I teach, mentor and collaborate with professionals, entrepreneurs, engineering teams, product managers, startups and domain leaders. My interest areas are design thinking, product management at a global scale, innovation, cultural and organizational transformations.
I also speak solo and participate in panels at marketing and design strategy conferences on UX design & strategy, human experience design, service design, entrepreneurship, usability and empathy. In my community work, I have facilitated creative problem-solving sessions using Design Thinking and other methods.
I have a dual masters degree — an MBA in Business Administration and entrepreneurship from Johns Hopkins University and an MA in Design Leadership from the Maryland Institute College of Art. I am currently working on developing innovative, market-based solutions that address social challenges and support business opportunities.
I have over 2 decades of extensive experience spanning digital services of multiple industries, developing and fusing creative strategies, design, technology and innovative customer experiences for many Fortune 500 brands – including Marriott, Macys & Bloomingdales, Chick-Fil-A, Progressive Insurance, and GE to name a few.
